We have one room available from May 5th. The last tenant moving out said "I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all you have done since I moved in. The house is fantastic and the house mates who have passed through during my time there have all been great... people who I will definitely stay in touch with." and "I have enjoyed my time in the house and my wishing to relocate has nothing to do with my accommodation which has been great".
One of the benefits of the house is that it is a house share,
it is spacious and light, with a sunny, south facing, small and easy to maintain garden. The council officer commented that it was the best he had seen!
The kitchen and dining room open straight out onto the terrace where there is a comfortable seating area.
Rooms are comfortable and are cabled for broadband and TV.
There is a separate sitting room.
We are within walking distance of the shops and main line railway – an hour from London Waterloo. The Hindhead tunnel has speeded up the A3 and broadened the areas that would be good to commute to from Liphook.
We have a cleaning lady once a week which keeps the communal areas looking and feeling good, this is paid for by the tenants and is £5 per person per week.
