I have 1 room to let. The upper villa is situated close to City Bypass (Straiton Junction) so will suit someone with car although there is a frequent bus service that takes you straight into town. Located 5 minutes walk away from Ikea, Costco and Straiton Retail park which has many other shops and restauarants. These include Frankie & Benny's, McDonalds, Boots, Sainsbury's and many more.
