Female wanted for double room available in a lovely house in Levenshulme, South Manchester. The house is an 8 minute train ride or 20 minute bus ride from the city centre and we live five minutes from both the station and one of the main bus routes which goes to both Manchester and Stockport, and buses are every five minutes or so.
The room has a double bed, triple wardrobe and bedside table. There is also plenty of storage space in the rest of the house. We have a small garden which gets lots of sun in the summer and is perfect for chilling out in. It has a big kitchen and the whole house has been renovated recently.
The house is a minute from both Levenshulme library and the leisure centre, which has a pool and gym and you can also do exercise classes there like yoga and aerobics. Monthly unlimited membership is £18. There is a Tesco within 10 minutes’ walk, lots of local shops and plenty of restaurants and takeaways.
We are looking for someone who will help keep the shared areas tidy and clean and who is friendly and sociable and will not just be locked away in the bedroom!
The £290 rent includes council tax, water and internet. The gas and electricity bills are paid quarterly but the tenants pay £40 per month towards this and any extra is reimbursed once the bills have been paid.
