Very large double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe and storage space in large detached house in pleasant location, 20min walk from station and town centre. Also settee in the room and Wi-fi internet. Local shop and pubs nearby. Plenty of parking and use of garden. Use of all kitchen appliances and utensils, washing machine, oven, microwave and all other essentials. You will have main use of the bathroom, which has bath and separate shower, as my bedroom is ensuite.
I would like someone who is reasonably tidy and clean and will treat the place with respect. I am sociable but do like my own space.
I will require one months rent in advance plus deposit. References will be required.
