I live in the beautiful quiet area of Pitstone which is 3 mins by car to Tring train station and 5 mins to the A41. Areas which are 10 -15 mins away include Dunstable, Luton, Berkhamsted Hemel Hempstead and Kings Langley, so pretty central to most places, though having your own transport is essential.
As I have an ensuite, you will only be sharing the main bathroom with one other person. There are 2 bathrooms in the house including my ensuite and a downstairs cloakroom, so you will never have to wait to spend a penny (or a pound) !!!
