I have a large refurbished house just 2 minutes walk to Leigh Broadway, with all its trendy shops and restaraunts. Its around 12 minutes walk to Chalkwell station, on the Fenchurch St line, and about the same distance to the sea. The bus links are also plentiful.
We are a busy household I live here with my husband and my 14 year old twin daughters and nephew who is 20.
