Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi, I am currently living in a flat in Clarendon Park but looking to move out at the end of September to save on the cost of living on my own. I work for a management consultancy firm in Leicester city centre and have lived here for around 5 years now after finishing university.

I am looking for a house or flat share in and around the city centre with my preferred location being Clarendon Park or Stoneygate area. However, I am willing to be flexible on this as long as I am near the city centre. Preference would be to move in with professional(s) of a similar age but would post-graduate students.
