Hi. I have one fully furnished double room in a gorgeous house with a massive kitchen on a character cul de sac. I'm a 20 minute walk from town. We'd like to live with someone who is genuine and considerate and to live as friends yet respect privacy. Communal meals with a glass of wine and good conversation all good! Sharing with 1 male & 1 female. We're not a couple just good housemates and friendly and welcoming. The house is in a very nice quiet area close to DMU and the bars on nraunstone gate and also good motorway links.
Going out socialising on occasion is fun too! Available on 01/11/2009. Ideal for female prof non smoker :-)
