Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi, I have a room available to rent in an end terrace 2 bedroom spacious property. The room has recently become available due to my lodger of a year getting a new job and moving back up north. I brought the property in 2006 and have redecorated and modernised throughout. I am looking for an easy going non-smoking female professional between 24-35. Ideally I would like someone who is able to rent on a long term basis. I am a clean, tidy, easy going, friendly person and like to do lots of things. I love cooking and entertaining for friends. I also like a good night out with the girls. Love travelling and always interested in seeing new places. I like to relax at home with a good dvd or tv programme and a botlle of wine and some good food. Me and my mates are also huge fans of Sing Star and on many occasion have an evening of blasting out some classic tunes. I'm a primary school teacher. During the week I am fairly busy with work and various dance classes that I do on an evening but I am around for some point most evenings. I have a little cat, Daisy who is very friendly and sociable and has always got on with people who have lived here. She is very cute and harmless.
