Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi Everyone!

I'm Sarah and I am really trying to relocate to West Yorkshire from Tamworth (West Midlands) unsuccessfully at the mo.

Problem is nobody will hire me unless I am already living up North so I am currently saving in order to move and then find my employment once I am living there - this would mean me job hunting so please dont consider me if this is a problem.

I'm 28 (soon to be 29) I am very friendly, sociable, clean and professional, I am quite outgoing once I feel comfortable with people.. I would really like to find a house share preferably in Leeds, Garforth or Wakefield or as close to Leeds as poss preferably a room with a separate bathroom but not overally fussy about that :)

My one MUST would be that its in a safe area with friendly people as I will be new to the area and moving up alone so need the place to be secure and hope to make friends quickly. I fell in love with Yorkshire when I visited and have since made the choice to try and make a go of it so setting my heart on moving up there.
