Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi there!

I'm returning to the area after a spell working in Cumbria and in need of a large double room in Leeds... Furnished, WIFI and parking would be ideal (but not essential), preferably sharing with only one other person (but that depends on the size of the house/flat of course).

I've been house-sharing for a few years so I know what's involved. I work hard and like to leave stress at work where it belongs, I'm laidback and get on with most people, therefore really flexible with who I would be sharing with. I'm tidy, respectful, and pay my way. I come across as fairly quiet at first but relax quickly, but I do value my own space and respect other people's privacy. All the same, I'm up for socialising with my housemate if they are. I'm into gyming, live comedy socialising, films & music....
