Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi, I am currently looking for a room due to my housemate (who owns the house, moving back down south).

I am currently paying £260 all in and the guy I'm living with has become a great friend so wanna keep a rather sociable living environment. I'm not really looking for a large household as I have got used to it being simple, so not looking for more than three others to live with.

I am looking for somewhere ideally within about 15 minutes walking distance of the city centre.
