Looking for 2 double rooms from 1 July; 1 for myself - Fay and another for my current housemate - Charlotte.
Having looked at around 12 houses so far, we are a little tired of viewing places with no result for either ourselves or you as landlords. It also helps us both if we can define what is wanted and what is offered to us as time is so precious!
I've put a little checklist below of what would be our ideal place...
I know it may seem a little forward but at the end of the day we'd like a great place to live where we look forward to coming home to at the end of a hard day at work.
Location
- somewhere between Leeds and Bradford for commuting to work
- would be good to have good motorway links close by if poss
Interior
- the key is that it's a modern place, clean, homely, freshly painted walls, maybe newly refurbished, nice lounge and kitchen - basically somewhere where you'd be proud to show your mum haha!
Immediate Area
- even if you are offering a great home, if the house is on a run down street or you want to lock your car doors as you drive through the local streets it's a no!
- would love somewhere with a nice array of local shops, maybe a local park and would be nice to have a convenience store or local supermarket. It'd be even better if there's a local pub or bars that we can pop to for a cheeky half ;P
Cost
- Looking at a max of £350 with all bills in including broadband and council tax
Room
- Having come from a house with large rooms each, we'd love to stick with what we know! Being girls, we obviously own a lot of clothes and shoes so lots of space would be ideal!
