Nice decking outside, furniture, barbeque and outdoor lighting - all good for a beer and a barby at the weekend. Lounge with 50" HD LCD, Blue-ray and surround. Large 12 metre drive way. The house also has a sofisticated alarm system. Wifi is also available. Bills are included except landline useage. Very clean house, fitted out with the most expensive taste. The New development is located 3 miles to the city centre, surrounded by a nice park, built in the middle of an old forrest giving a very rural location for a property so close to leeds. I anticipate great interest given the standard of accommodation on offer and location. I am 31yo, quite an active guy, generally go to the gym most nights during the week. I enjoy a beer or several at a weekend, into my cars, rally, touring cars etc.. and top gear, like getting about and into outdoor stuff, also try and get to the cinema now and again. I assure you, you will save a lot of time viewing others, if you view my place first! There are 2 other professional males who live here aswell in there late 20's, they are very good housemates and usual lads, into the usual stuff.
