It's in a cul de sac so it is quiet, close to the countryside but minutes from Wilton and Middlesbrough being on the A66. Small garden, off road parking, garage space, double glazed, cosy living room, broadband/TV, kitchen/diner and downstairs loo. I have 4 rooms to choose from, two double and two single one with patio doors to the garden. Central heating, fully furnished, one upstairs bathroom with bath and shower. I am around some but not all of the time, plenty of opportunity for privacy or socialising as you prefer! I have great neighbours and a dog! The double rooms are £350 per month the single ones £330.
