Would prefer Monday to Friday use only, and would lower the costs accordingly to £80 per week, though I would consider seven day use.
Complete use of all facilities etc in the house.
It's a nice quiet area, decent pubs and bus routes, close to Durham and not far from Newcastle.
The room currently has a double bed, but this can be replaced with a single bed if more space is required, a TV is also installed in the room.
