Double room to rent in 3 bed semi, 8 miles from Durham City and on a direct bus route. I am a proffesional who works shifts, so you don,t have to feel that you are confined to the room, the house is clean,modern and friendly with a conservatory,garden and patio area, parking is also not a problem. The room is furnished with a double bed,bedside drawers,chest of drawers and a double wardrobe with plenty of bedlinen.There are also double sockets in the room and a tv cable and it overlooks the garden. I have a dog, who is very friendly and does not eat lodgers to be best of my knowledge. I am a friendly sociable and very easy to get on with.
