We provide all mod-cons, including wireless Broadband connection for each student.
The rent is £50 per week, and that will include BROADBAND connection to AOL Platinum with unlimited down loads, your television licence, water rates and telephone line rental. You will only have gas and electric to pay for. We also offer individual contracts and not a joint tennancy agreement. That way you are not responsible for someone else's rent if they don't pay it!
We also subscribe to a 3 star British Gas Service Contract. That means that should any problems arise with heating, gas, electric or plumbing, a prompt service will always be provided by a qualified engineer.
It will be a "mixed-sex" household.
