I live in a three floor townhouse so the top floor is for my tenant's,there are two double bedroom rooms, bathroom and shower,plus a single bedroom, the bedrooms, are newly furnished, with sky tv & Dvd Player,all bill included, apart from phone.
On the middle floor is a large living room where we sit and watch TV, but if you want to stay in your room then you have your option,
On the ground floor, large modern kitchen with a six seated breakfast bar.
In the garage there is room for a pushbike, there is a mounting bike which if anyone wants to use.
My own bedroom on the ground floor, plus my own down stairs toilet and shower,
I try to keep the house clean, which I would expect you to do the same,
The house is in a Cul-de-sac with parking in the street, or bus routes near by, it's about a 10-15 walk to town, and about 15-20 min walk to Basildon hospital, 10 -15min walk to BR,5 min ,walk to our nature reserve.
