Suit working professional only who has good sense of humour, easy to get on with in a houseshare and clean/tidy /respectful person is essential. Someone who wants to feel at home and be part of the household not just be stuck in their room 24/7, although privacy/space is respected. We also engage in going out for social events when we can, for example cinema nights local on Tuesday as it is half price, bowling, restaurants, horse-riding, theatre, exhibitions / concert / sport and tv shows in London etc, so if you like to be part of that more than welcome :-)
