Would like friendly and considerate person whom thinks of others, likes a laugh, working, that keeps their room clean and tidy, plus the bathroom, none smoker, don't even apply if you smoke. There was three tenants’, one male,(school teacher 27yr old) female 20yrs old. Also a female (44yrs)who stays there two nights a week.
I live in a three floor townhouse so the top floor is for my tenant's, there are two double bedroom rooms, bathroom and shower, plus a single bedroom on the top floor, the bedrooms, are newly furnished, with sky,32" flat screen tv & Dvd Player,all bill included, apart from phone. On the middle floor a large living room where you can sit and watch TV, On the ground floor, large modern kitchen with a six seated breakfast bar. In the garage there is room for a pushbike, there is a mounting bike which if anyone wants to use. My own bedroom on the ground floor, plus my own down stairs toilet and shower, I try to keep the house clean, which I would expect you to do the same, The house is in a Cul-de-sac with parking in the street, it's about a 10 walk to town, and about 15 -20 min walk to Basildon hospital, 10 -15 min walk to BR,5 min ,walk to our nature reserve, with bus Routes close to the house.
