Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi There,

My double room is avaialbe from 01 Jan 2010. The room is in a terraced house with 2 bedrooms, so to share with 1 other housemate who is a 28yr old female professional. Ideally looking for someone who is outgoing and easy to get along with. I'm moving to London in December so the new room buddie will be able to move in from Sat 19 December, meaning you dont have to pay rent until 01 Jan 2010.

My room is a double loft room and comes with a wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamps, dressing table and a chest of drawers and double bed. Situated in Kirkstall, about five minutes walk to Headingley train station which takes ten minutes to get into the centre. Leeds city centre is a ten minute drive away. There is on street parking outside the house.

Great location as in the middle of town centre, headingley, horsforth and Chapel A.

You will have access to everything in the house, such as the washing machine, kitchen with all utensils, lounge with TV, bathroom and a access to the cellar as well. This is great if you would like to store some stuff away.
