We are looking for a professional or post-graduate student who is sociable would like to share our house, whilst also being independent and tidy. We have a great big double room available in Kirkstall (North Leeds, 15 mins from city centre 5 mins to the principality of Headingley).

The house has an excellent newly furnished large kitchen and dining room, cosy lounge, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The semi detached house is Victorian in style with lovely rooms with high ceilings and original features. The house is very well equipped and is tastefully furnished. Every bedroom is fully furnished and other commodities include Full Sky package including Sports/phone, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven & hob, microwave and extra storage in the cellar.
