Preferred room and flatmate description
We are looking for a lodger to share our family home - Ideally a mature professional.
The room currently has a single bed but the size of the room can easily fit a double bed.
I am a health professional living with my 29 year old partner and 50 year old father. My partner is also a health professional. We have a room in our spacious house for someone to rent the front room and to share all the family’s communal facilities.
The rent includes internet connection, electricity, central heating, TV licence, etc, except the use of landline telephone and food. You will have access to our family kitchen and dining area in the conservatory. Your room has a small fridge and if needed you can put food in one of our two freezers.
The house is in a quiet residential area about half way along Moorside Road. It is 5 minutes drive to Bournemouth University (Talbot Campus) and 10 minutes from Hurn Bournemouth International Airport. Local shops are 3 minutes walk away. There is a reasonable bus service to Bournemouth city centre. Plenty of car parking on our driveway and front garden. The road outside our house is spacious and free for guest parking.

Ground floor room currently furnished as follows: central heating radiator, double glazing, fitted wardrobe, dresser table, television and refrigerator.
Full access to family kitchen, lounge, conservatory with dining area, bathroom and garden.
We also have 2 friendly small Lhasa apso dogs and a tabby cat. They are well behaved, very relaxed and used to visitors.
