(£500per month Inclusive of Bills and Internet Access) With excellent access to main bus routes and a 3 min walk to Norbiton train station (aprox 15 min to Clapham junction station),10 min walk to Kingston town centre.

The house has a new fully equipped beautiful kitchen with 2 fridge freezers washer/dryer dishwasher cutlery pots pans etc. A breakfast/dining room is just off the kitchen and has patio doors onto the garden and patio.

The bathroom is new, shared with only one other person and has an electric shower in addition to the bath.

This room is available to a woman only out of consideration to the one other person who you would be sharing the bathroom with, regular working hours would be preferred so as to fit in with ourselves
