I have a large shared house with one large & one smaller single rooms that is available down Dover Street near to Princes Avenue in Hull.
The rent for a room is £65/70 per week and this includes internet gas, electric, water & council tax bills
All tenancies will be secured by an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement. No deposit is required for a room but you are required to keep several weeks in advance with the rent. There is an administration fee of £120 for each room.
The house was fully renovated to a high standard just over 3 years ago with all of the walls newly plastered & decorated & floors newly carpeted, tiled or laminated so they look clean & modern. I can send you photos if you wish.
In addition to what you see there are all of the safety precautions included for your protection. There are full integrated & tested fire alarm systems. Fire doors have been installed where required and there is fire protection between the floors. The electrical system has been upgraded to the 17th Edition IEE wiring regulations and of course there is a current gas safety certificate.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a cooker, automatic washing machine, a large fridge & a large freezer with a shelf for each tenant as well as a food cupboard for each tenant. There is a bathroom with a bath/shower and two separate toilets.
The house is managed by me & my company. Visits will be made to collect the rent (though I prefer payment by standing order) & as necessary should there be any other matters.
