I have a fantastic newly set up house in a good area in Leeds 14 to the North East of Leeds quite close to the Tesco shopping centre with Seacroft bus terminus giving direct access to the city centre and a link to the motorway access just 3 miles away.

There is a choice of rooms available:- - Large Double room available now at £95 per week - Medium double room ground floor available now at £85 per week. - 2 Medium single room available end March £80 per week.

Rents are all inclusive (Cable TV, Broadband, telephone, gas, electric, water, council tax etc in fact everything!). It is a house share with individual tenancies.

Rent can be weekly or monthly. I do not take a deposit as such but ask that the last 4 weeks (or month) are paid in advance in addition to the first week or month. (Negotiable depending on circumstances)

This house share is just refurbished with all new appliances, all rooms have a lock and there is a fire door fitted to the kitchen and a mains interlinked fire detection system.

Each room has a network data point, TV aerial point and smoke detector and 4 of them have Sharpes fitted bedroom furniture. There is a deck to the rear and a conservatory. Car parking is limited to 1 on the drive but next door is a car park!
