The rent is inclusive of bills and the house is about seven minutes away from the Royal Liverpool Hospital by bus (and buses are very regular) and five minutes from Lidl and Home bargains, Iceland and tesco express in Kensington. The bathroom is shared and is on the first floor. Living room and lovely kitchen are also shared. The room may be available for short stay as well, so please get in touch! take care.
