I've got a nice single room in a clean house for rent in the Kensington area. I'm looking for a mature student who appreciates a clean space.
The rent is inclusive of Gas, Electricity, Water, and wireless internet bills. The bathroom is shared and is on the first floor. Living room and lovely kitchen are also shared. The house is five minutes away from the Royal Liverpool Hospital by bus (and buses are very regular) and two minutes from Lidl and Home bargains.
