Tenant expected to be in full time (30hrs plus) work and to keep clean and tidy any areas he/she uses. A trial period of two weeks will be arranged to ensure everyone happy before full commitment. Short term rates ie weekly available. Happy to consider an arrangment for two rooms on a short term basis. I may be able to arrange storage space ie a large dry shed/garage space.
Be aware there are two dogs, generally barred from the house interior.(GSD).
