We are two mature professionals (not a couple ) looking for a third house mate in this well looked after three double bedroomed , modern ,well furnished home .It would suit a mature guy or gal , ( ideal for Cranfield or PGCE students too) This is a non smoking house. This really is a great home and we are looking for a long term house mate . Rent is inclusive of rates, utilities and wireless b-band, so no hassles over bills . We work hard and long hours, and are both sociable and very friendly . Its good to relax in a well ordered and clean home we hope you do too, we all share the chores to keep it clean and tidy . There is a lounge, kitchen dining room and a conservatory too .Plenty of space and nice furniture .The gardens ,front and back have just been completely made over ,sassy design and low maintenance , There's even a gas barbie and new garden furniture furniture for the summer and plenty of room to socialise and do your own thing and quiet space for you to study .

Inside is all well decorated with a new kitchen and bathrooms .

The room has a large full bathroom shared with only one other clean and tidy male .

Parking is easy in front of the house in this cul-de-sac .A small dry garden shed available for storage and some space in the loft .

There are great amenities shops, take-aways,pubs , docs and post office 2 mins walk and very close and easy access to all areas ,the town A1 and M1.and the new road to the A428 Added bonus -our land lady lives in Cape Town and so accommodation is available there too for free holiday accommodation for the house tennants Cool ...
