Preferred room and flatmate description

2 bed end-terrace house in a cul-de-sac on the edge of Basingstoke. (Kempshott) Peaceful area, close to bus routes and easy to get into town for work/nights out etc. Parking spaces available right outside front door in a private car park. House is fully furnished, and the room currently has a single bed (Would easily fit a double bed if required)

Room size is approx 11.5FT * 8.5FT. Built in Wardrobe is at end of room, and measures approx 2.5ft deep by 4.5ft wide.

House has Sky TV, phoneline, dvd, surround sound, wifi broadband, ps3 and rear garden. Within walking distance of local gym and supermarket. M3 no more than 5min drive away. £350/month covers all bills, including tv/internet etc etc.

I have 2 cats (who are lovely, friendly and clean) but they don't go into the spare room (yours) or the kitchen.

Ideally suited to a young professional, with a tidy nature. I'm an easy going/laid back 27yr old male, into music,fims and socialising. I work in IT in Basingstoke. Looking for a someone to move in for preferably long term (6months +) , perhaps go out/socialise together etc? Will consider any duration of stay though.
