Preferred room and flatmate description

I work during the week in Liverpool, so this is less of a flat share, and more of a single occupancy flat. The premises will be all yours, bar one or two weekends a month when I'll come back to see friends and generally sort things out.

The flat comprises: large double bedroom with bay window furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside table etc; sitting room with TV, DVD, triple sofa (which is actually a sofa bed), dining room table and chairs; recently refurbished kitchen with all usual mod cons including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer-drier and all pots and pans, cutlery etc; bathroom with bath and excellent power shower; green and pleasant back yard which gets the sun all day until c.4pm. All the rooms are furnished and stylishly decorated, although it will help if you like some colour in your life and not just the usual bland neutrals palette...

Rent includes council tax, TV licence, water rates. Doesn't include gas/ electric, or telephone. Broadband currently off, but can renew if required.
