This house on Fore Street is really centrally located in Ipswich, is a three storey spacious, modern townhouse and has just been renovated to a very high standard. Living here at the moment are two friendly and sociable professional females (22 and 23), and two friendly professional males (aged 22 & 26). All housemates are not originally from the Ipswich area so have moved into this house to make friends and socialise and are looking for likeminded housemates. The house itself has 5 bedrooms (and three bathrooms)in total so we are looking for another professional to fill the available double room. The room (£325pm)is a smallish sized room, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of Drawers. The bedrooms all have locks on the door and wireless internet. ALL bills are included in the room rents including a weekly cleaner who cleans the bathrooms, kitchen and lounge to keep the house to the high standard of cleanliness we expect. The house itself is fully furnished with bright, modern and fun furniture as hopefully you can see from the photos! There are two bathrooms in the house and an ensuite (so 3 in total) and also a large kitchen/diner/lounge. We are looking for young, clean&tidy, friendly professionals, ideally aged 20-30 who are willing to be sociable and make friends within the house but also respect others privacy.
