It's big, it's friendly, it's near the town and the station. All bills are included in the rent as well as a weekly cleaner and broadband. There is plenty of parking off road at the front of the house and a large garden at the back. This house share is ideal for professionals who like to socialize as well as have their own space in a larger than average room.
There are three kitchens, three bathrooms and a 20 foot living room! There is even a conservatory where you could use to try your hand at growing tomatoes!
The large living room has a 42" digital plasma screen TV, as well as 26" TV in the kitchen. You may be surprised by the number of people there, but don't worry, they are a sociable bunch who welcome new people in and who are always happy to include people, whilst also giving each other space. Because the house is so exceptionally large it doesn’t feel crowded and the rooms are large enough to relax in without feeling cramped. There is even enough space in some rooms if you wanted to bring a settee and create a bedsit feel. One of the rooms has a lovely view over the garden.
The rent is inclusive of all bills; electricity, heating, water, council tax, wireless broadband, and a cleaner through the main parts of the house once a week.
It is about a 15 minute walk from the town centre.
