The rooms in this house are huge, giving you the flexibility to relax in your own space or socialize in the sitting room, lovely private garden or kitchen as you wish.

Everything you should need is provided and included within the rent as well as the house being cleaned weekly and the garden maintained fortnightly.

In the garden we have a locked shed for bikes, BBQ, 2 patio areas and it catches the Sun! In the house there is a large kitchen/ breakfast room, living/dining room and 3 bathrooms (2 showers cubicles,1 bath with shower). The living room has Cable Tv, dvd, and 10Mb wireless broadband throughout the whole house.

Your room has a double bed, desk (optional) wardrobe, easy chair and coffee table as a minimum, some have shelf units. All have their own Tv connection and are wired for a personal cable tv telephone & broadband connection should you require this.

Location is in a good part of town, Excellent shops, takeaways and supermarket 2 mins walk, 15 mins walk to town center, 10 mins Docks center, a bus stop 20m from front door taking you to town center. smoking is not allowed in the house.
