The house is located 200 meters from UCS, on the East side of Ipswich - 10 mins walk to the town centre and away from the hustle and bustle. The living room is furnished with leather sofas and has a large tv. The kitchen is modern and fully furnished, including dishwasher. A sun lounge is available for smoking. This accommodation offers an excellent standard of living with all the benefits of the amenities in Ipswich. Ideally I would like someone who is responsible, tidy and friendly.
