House share in really great semi-detached house, well-kept and on a quiet road. 1 double room available, all bills included. 3 in the house at the moment, 2 prof m and 1 prof f, who is a health worker - all very sociable but respect each other's privacy and house is not noisy. Would suit prof person (m or f). Room has double bed, wardrobe, desk etc...(but could do unfurnished if reqd) and house has all the normal facilities and bathroom has a shower. There is on-road parking, shops are close by, cleaner will come once per week. House has wireless internet. There is a separate dining room as well as a modern kitchen. Large tidy garden at rear of house and shed for bikes etc.... in other words there is bags of space. Would suit someone wants a great place to live i.e. a home not just a bedsit!
