Each apartment in the house has its own shared living space with TV and fully-equipped
kitchen/eating area where you can prepare your own meals and relax and chat with your
flatmates.
Each bedroom is designed with the your needs in mind, is fully-furnished with
purpose built worktop and chair, storage for your clothes (wardrobe, chest of drawers), a comfy bed with bedside light and further drawer storage underneath, and includes sockets for PCs and broadband connection. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.
There is secured, automatic door entry control access with a fob to the main entrances of
Alexander House. You will have your own door entry fob for access to the building, together with their own separate key for entry to your flat/bedroom.
Each flat in Alexander House has a washing/dryer machine installed in the kitchen so you can
wash and dry your laundry, as well as iron and ironing board.
There is a bicycle park facility in the Courtyard to the rear of Alexander House.
There are good transport facilities on St Matthews Street for going round town and to BT/hospital,
with a walking time of about 10 minutes to Ipswich Railway Station and Ipswich Borough Council.
