We are a married couple with Two rooms available to rent out .
1. Double (single bed) all furnished
2. Single all furnished.
TV point in each room with house wifi available within the rent, Shared Bathroom with the other lodger bath and power shower. (we have our own en-suite)
Shared front room with usual amenities in there plus a conservatory for the quite times.
We have 3 well behaved quite dogs which are not allowed upstairs or in the front room. Kitchen has all the usual stuff and a cupboard would be available for your sole use. We don't have many house rules Except there is no smoking in the house at all. Plenty of parking off street. very quite area.
