As you can see by the pictures, the whole house was refurbished recently. It is a spacious 6-bed house with good size rooms, located within half a mile of the Leeds Med campus. The property comprises of a large lounge, large kitchen fitted with all brand new appliances (washer/dryer, oven, fridge/freezer) 5 bedrooms with desks and (brand new) double beds + 1 Single room each occupied with just 1 tenant, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a garden/yard for bbq’s etc. There is a TV, unlimited broadband and sky TV. It also has all the added extras including, off street parking, double-glazed windows with security locks, excellent heating facilities, burglar, smoke and fire detectors/alarms ensuring your safety.
All room tariffs are an all inclusive rate and includes a much loved fortnightly cleaner so is a hassle free to place to live in Leeds. We will also accept short terms lets but 3 months is the minimum.
We are private landlords so there are no rip off agency fees! We are flexible on every aspect and Im sure we can solve any concerns you may have.
All the housemates, both boys and girls are young professionals are super cool and easy to get along with.
