Preferred room and flatmate description

This is a double room in a fully furnished 3 bedroom flat on the first floor at Kelso Heights, near Hyde Park. It is just a 5 minutes walk away from Leeds University and 15 minutes from town. It is very close to local amenities, transport links and different bars and restaurants. The flat comes with free parking area within its compounds. It has a fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dining area, separate living room, and a shared bathroom with a bath. There are currently two male tenants, both students (one an undergraduate, the other a postgraduate) who are very friendly, welcoming, tidy and easy to get along with. Rent is £60/week excluding bills which are split evenly amongst 3 of us.
