I'm looking for a flat mate to share the cost of living in this very nice 2 bedroom apartment in a nice quiet area of Greater Manchester. I'm an easy going person that enjoys company but also his own space. The property offers great views and the immediate outlook is over football / playing fields which are usually very quiet with the odd joggers and football players.. Most people agree it's a great place to live. The living area would be shared and has a good size modern TV and plenty of DVD's which I would be happy for you to enjoy. I work most days but am home most nights. I'm looking for a friendly housemate that's clean living and easy going, but not the sort that's looking to party every night. The apartment is within 5 minutes walk of the train station for easy travel to and from Manchester Piccadilly (15 minutes on the Hadfield/Glossop line). Also it's just a 5 minute drive to the M67.
