Preferred room and flatmate description

Hi

I'm an easy going late twenties professional who has a double room overlooking the water to rent. I own the flat so you don't need to sign up for a specific amount of time, we'll just see how things go. Looking for a social professional male or female roughly between the ages of 21-30. Like the place to be clean & tidy but not a freak about it, always nice to come into a chilled clean apartment after a day at work.

The flat includes black glass work tops, dishwasher, washer / dryer, real wooden floors, balcony overlooking the dock, 37" LCD Tv, broadband, sky & sky sports, you will have sole use of the main bathroom with shower etc. The room is a good size double which has been freshly painted & has a built in wardrobe.

I like to go to the gym, relax with friends & generally socialise, go out a bit in the week but mainly enjoy going out at the weekends.

There is a multi storey car park on the development which gives reduced rates to residents, it's only a 10min walk to the train station & a 5min walk from all the bars etc of call lane.
