The house is close to transport links, 1 minutes drive from entrance to M621 foe M62 and M1. 15 mins on the bus into town. Regular buses every 10 mins. Taxi costs around £7 from Leeds city centre. 10-15 mins bike ride to centre. Served by Leeds Bradford airport.
Local shop and chip shop just over the main road, boots and bigger local shop, sandwich shop, chip shop just down the road. 10 - 15 mins walk to the penny hill shopping centre with Morrisons supermarket, banks, post office etc. also close driving distance to The Range and The White Rose Centre.
