Looking for 1 lodger from June.
I am the home owner, the building is being renovated. Newly decorated, newly fitted kitchen etc
This is not a party house, so if you are a young students who like to party a lot then best not to apply. That said occasional party is usually worth having!
I am away one Thursday evening to Sunday eve once a month. So there will be opportunity for you to have the place to yourself sometimes.
If you have kids and want to occasionally bring them round on your time off, stay over night etc no problem.
I am a trainee body psychotherapist, a massage therapist and painter decorator, occasionally also do some care work. I am friendly, warm, eccentric, usually have lots of interests and projects on the go.
If you lived here you don't need to worry about, being "friendly" chatting if you just cant be bothered! There will be plenty of time and space in this house for you.
I like to keep the house clean and tidy (most of the time).
The house is going to look great when its finished!
There is plenty of shared space, lounge, dinning room, kitchen and breakfast area. There is a small garden. The beach is only a 10 min walk away max. There is no bath only showers ( 2 toilets and shower rooms).
It's just off Portland rd so plenty of buses, some cafe, shops, pubs near by. It's a relaxed, pretty quiet area.
