I have 1 double rooms in a gorgeous, newly refurbished property in Horsforth. £360 includes all bills, internet and cleaner 2 times a month.
5 Miles from the city centre of Leeds. The house is situated just off New Road Side in Horsforth, so a two minute walk to all amenities, such as bars and restaurants, post offices, and banks.
There are also cafes, clothes shops and much much more just a stones throw away.
£360 includes all your bills (gas, electricity, council tax amd internet, cleaner.) There is on street parking for several cars.
Also included is 10 mg wireless hub (so internet can be accessed from any room) and broadband connection included.
In the lounge there is a 32 inch LCD TV with free view and love film unlimited film rental package included
A £150 deposit is required along with your months rent, to secure your room.
There are currently three house mates, Gavin 26 years and Allan 30 and Me! Alix 30 years old. Would suit an easy going professional of a similar age.
We have great neighbours too, so quite often can be found opening another bottle in the garden with friends and neighbours.
Its a 4 bedroomed house.
We are looking for a down to earth people, who are up for a few drinks, have a laugh and enjoy their food as I cook a mean Sunday Roast!
