Hello,

I am looking for a professional to share a property I am due to move in to on 07th November. The property is fully furnished ground floor flat to include washing machine and dishwasher. The bedroom available to rent is a double room with en-suite shower room, built in wardrobe, set of drawers and new double bed with mattress. The whole flat is painted in neutral colours and has a good sized living area with large TV and cable. Off the living room there is a small walled patio area. The flat is heated by electric heaters. The flat has a great location on New Road Side and is very close to bars and restaurants. It is in walking distance of Town Street where there are more bars, restaurants and supermarket etc. There is one designated parking space off road but there are parking bays on New Road Side itself and right outside the flats. The monthly rent above does not include any bills.

Should you be interested in the property you would be required to pass a credit check and provide ID to the landlord via Linley & Simpson of Horsforth. The cost of the credit check is £75.00 and the bond is £270.00 each. I have already completed the application process and paid the full bond so these monies would be repayable to me. The landlord also stipulates that contents insurance with accidental damage to landlord’s property is taken out - I have organised this so you would be required to make a monthly contribution.

Formalities out of the way .... I work in HR for a private company in Leeds. I moved to Leeds last December for work and have shared a flat in Rodley but we have both decided to move on. I work hard during the week and value my sleep then, at the weekend I like to go out drinking with my friends as well shopping, the cinema and going to restaurants. During the week I am most happy to stay in with a glass of wine and nice food. I enjoy cooking, reading and going to gigs and listen to Indie music. I am also a member of a gym but probably don't get my money's worth! I am single, friendly and fairly easy going as well as clean and tidy.

I am looking for a flatmate who is a professional and that enjoys similar things to me. It would be great to hear from you.
