Beautiful first floor flat with large lounge (french windows and juliet balcony) and separate fully fitted kitchen. Two rooms available - one ensuite with television and telephone point. Both spacious doubles.
The development is brand new - i'm the first person to live in my flat - and it has a private car park. It's ten mins walk to Horsforth train station and the 50A bus route stops just outside (although the flat faces away from the road and has no road noise).
I'm a 27 yo professional woman working in the city centre. I likes cinema, theatre/opera/ballet, music (indie, rock, alt, classical), reading, pub/bars, good food.
I would like flatmates who are interested in creating a social flat, rather than one in which people inhabit their separate rooms and have separate lives! Just hanging out with a film and a bottle of wine, for instance.
Rent is £660 for two sharing, but letting agent may require increase to c.£750 if three are sharing - so £250 each. Council tax is c.£100 pcm for the flat, and gas/elec around £70 pcm (may be more with 3 sharing). Internet (BT wireless) is available. Property is located on Low Lane, postcode LS18 5GT
My former flatmate's stuff is still here but can be removed quickly. Alt, he might be willing to negotiate a sale.
