Bright fully decorated single room to rent in lovely 3 bed house in Filton. House is close to cycle route and 5 mins drive from city centre, MOD/Glouc Road, 5mins drive from Mall/Cribbs Causeway/M4/M5 and all the shops! Is a quiet road close to filton avenue with friendly neighbours. Has a large garden with decking which is ideal for BBQs and drinks in the sun (when it comes!).
The house includes a communal bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet. Full use of all facilities with all mod cons inc washing machine, fridge/freezer etc. with a lovely garden and decking to be enjoyed by all.
Room is available short term and would be ideal for someone working at MOD/Aztec West or UWE. Would be sharing with myself (laid back female) and another male in the house.
Rent would be £300 all inclusive and a £200 deposit.
